WALKING IN HER SHOES

This is my dad's family, many years ago.
Imagine growing up with all those boys.
All that wrestling.
All that food.
All that milk.


Combined, my dad and his siblings have cranked out over 40 grandkids, with lots of boys in the mix. When we were growing up, and would go visit my grandmother, many, MANY times she would end up saying one of the following:

"Boys! Get out of my kitchen!"

"Take it outside boys!"

"Get out of the refrigerator boys!"

I never really got why she got so upset about it.
After all I grew up in a house full of girls.
I totally get it now.
